You know... now that I think about it... I wonder what took them so long. This technology has been around forever for golf balls, one would think the transition to bullets... and aeroplanes, and whatever else has to cut through a fluid at high speed.

That is a great and novel concept.....As far as the article at the top of the page..Well I guess less couldn't be expected from the 'movers and shakers'.
