I'ts Bow season in NE Fl, I'VE climbed one time today, had a old doe bust me  was'nt high enoughf only 15" & she was 8 yrds max. Pulled the bow back twice & arrow unknocked both times. I only had a shot to the right'
Would have been able to make it with a wisker biscut.

So 20 min later a (BIG) spotted fawn, Unussual for this time of year so I
think it's going to be a Pibald, Big white patches.

Let it walk & ten min later a nice 7-8 point fed 30 yards from tree, could'nt get a shot. But all in all great morning ;) PS Black Powder oround corner

I can relate. The last day of the early archery elk season I had a cow pop out of the brush and head my way before I could get to my ground blind catching me in an open field. All I could do was kneel behind some tussocks. In a really awkward position, I yanked the string back pulling the arrow about three inches off the rest. She spotted me before I could let up and redraw correctly. A Wisker Buscuit would not have helped as I shoot fingers. Drawing slower and tilting my bow during the draw might have helped.
