Davis/cobra Derringers

ok first off hello all,
i have a .32 cal davis derringer would like to know if the barrels can be swapped out lets say for instance "my standard .32 cal to a .32 H&R Magnum
or does that require a big bore frame or are all the Davis/Cobra frames the same alloy??

I wouldn't recommend it. In fact, I wouldn't recommend Davis/Cobra anything. I had a Davis P32 years ago that ended up at the bottom of a river, because it was so bad that it would have been wrong of me to even sell it to anyone. So I threw it away.

well i have read quit a few post all over the net that say the davis is crapp
i understand that but any firearm is better then no firearm
really all i wanted to know is if the frames are the same size and can the barrels be changed

Some of them are interchangable, but not sure of specifics on that.

The .32 acp, 22lr, .22 magnum, .25 acp, Cobras are the small frame. All the others are large frames.

I have a Davis 22mag, it is the only gun I ever fired in a situation.Carried as a backup for many years, now have a NAA 22mag that is either my primary or backup depending on circumstances.
