CZ75 Omega trigger issues?

Ran into some posts elsewhere that claimed a high failure rate of the Omega trigger system due to single vs dual bars. Can anybody substantiate or refute this? I love the way my CZ75 Omega shoots - quite frankly, it's my favorite high-cap pistol, but if there are any major reliability issues I'd like to be aware of them before using it as a ccw.

I've put almost 1000 rounds through my 75B Omega without a single problem.
