I'm looking at buying a used CZ75 9mm. I'd say it is 95- 98%. the man wants $400 for it. Is this a decent deal?

Its not bad. That's about $100 off what you could get a new one for if you shopped expeditiously. CZ's are solid and if it has not been abused it should be about as good as new. Good luck!
