Sid,
It looks like a similar set up to the SIG P230 mags. In that little slot on the side of the mag at the base plate, there should be what looks like the end of a piece of wire in the slot. Thats actually the end of the mag spring, and it acts as a lock when in the slot. You need to push it up above the base plate, and it should then slide off.
