Cyilinder stop

I am trying to find a new cylinder stop for an EIG Model E15 single action revolver. (My wife bought it at a local pawn shop, I know, I've tried to tell her a $60 tag shouts JUNK rather than BARGAIN)

Anyhow the gun was made in Germany and has post 1968 proof marks.
I would appreciate any info.
Btw, this is a real nice site. I think I could be happy here.

Thanks George, I'll give it a try! Normally I wouldn't fuss with such a che...er..inexpensive gun, but the wife bought it for me to shoot snakes when I go fishing. (I wanted a ruger single six)

Sorry but this question begs to be asked.
If your wife bought it for you to protect yourself on your fishing trips against snakes, does she want you coming back?

It does give one pause, does it not? She had such a smile on her face when she gave it to me. "You see, we didn't have to spend $300 to get the gun you wanted!" She really does think this is a good thing she's done. Not only did she get me a "new" gun, but now I have something to do. The only thing she wants to know about guns is "Are those guns on the living room wall loaded? They won't go off when a train goes by, will they?" The really embarasing thing is, she now expects it to go on the living room wall.
Oh well, it's the thought that counts...sort of. So I am now a junk dealer.

Actually, that was the first place I tried. They told me they did list the gun, but didn't have the cylinder stop. Your post brought them to mind again and I called back asking for a "pawl", same answer. So I said "how about a cylinder hand?". She said "that we have." I had forgotten that this is one part with three names (or more?) depending on the maker.
So My hand/stop/pawl is on it's way.

for a great forum.
