I want to brag about how great the Smith & Wesson customer service is. The magazine release button was sticking on my M&P. I called them about it and they emailed me a pre-paid fedex label. I sent it in and got it back in four days. Works great now. They also gave me a extra mag for it too.

I have several S&W's but I'm a dedicated customer for life now. Thank you Smith and Wesson. You deserve and earned my business.

S&W service is top notch. They took care of a loose ambi-safety on my 1911 9mm Pro Series the same way. I sent it on Monday, had it back on Friday, and also got a new Wilson ETM mag with it.
