conversion cylinder for Ruger super blackhawk

too bad i couldn't get a conversion cylinder to shoot .433 round balls or conicals(more likely conicals) from my super blackhawk. then i could carry it during muzzleloader season. don't guess it would work though with a firing pin.

You should score a Ruger Old Army cap and ball gun. They are a stout pistol and you should be able to load it hot enough hunt effectively with it.

It would make a neat conversion though. Take your Ruger Superblackhawk and convert it to muzzleloading. Talk about backwards (and fun).

Get yer Old Army's now. Out of production and getting scarce and expensive. I sold mine (bad shoulders, can't shoot pistols anymore) for $400.00 about a year ago. Today I could get $600.00 easy.

Yes indeed they are fine pistols-
Just a Blackhawk setup for black powder from the get go.

Sorry to hear about the shoulder Rifleman but I understand-

I bet I haven't popped a cap on a pistol to any extent (+50rds) in 5 years
