From my experience, the finish is a little nicer, and its a little easier to get good boning. (deep lines) I havent heard on price yet. But I would think they have to be at least similar price.

Oh, one other thing...you can get Conceal X in cammo. The color actually molded into the plastic. This is not so with Kydex, it has to be painted on.

Hope that helps, if anyone else knows more than me feel free!

From what I understand, it's suppose to be different colored Kydex molded together to form different camo patterns. But I was wondering, other than that, is it compositionally different in any way? It probably isn't, but wanted to be sure. :)

Its not kydex molded together, I dont know if the actual compisition is diferent, but what I got was black, and OD. Diferent finish, and the lines came out a little easier as I said before, this makes me think it is slightly diferent.

Concealex is a thermally formed polycarbonate material, vaguely similar to Kydex. The raw material is cheaper, and responds more quickly to thermal forming than Kydex -- read that as easier and cheaper to form into product. It does not have the same material qualities as Kydex, having inferior solvent resistance and elasticity.
