Concealed carry of fullsize M&P .40?

I plan on getting a FL non-resident CCW permit so I can carry in PA etc. Does anyone here carry their fullsize M&P .40? If so, what holster do you use, where do you keep it, etc? Obviously in winter it's much easier to conceal, but what's best to conceal it in the summer with just shorts & a t-shirt?

I carry a full size 1911 and have no problem with a baggy polo shirt over shorts, I just use a belt slide holster like a bianchi black widow, but without the thumbsnap

I carry my M&P .40 (and .45) in a Tommy's Original Gunpack here in South Texas. Of course I don't wear shorts and T-shirts.

I'd really like some input from skinny guys like me. I'm 5' 7" 130 lbs and don't wear shirts 10 sizes too big for me that hang way down nor do I tuck shirts in. SOme of my jeans/shorts are a little baggy and some are normal.
