Compatibility: Norinco T213 and Tokarev

My Norinco T213 needs a new disconnector. Numrich shows it as part#13 in the schematic:
http://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufacturers/Norinco-33416/Semi-AutoPistols-37609/213-35085.htm
But they don't have the part.

I checked 'em for a Tokarev TT-33, but they only have a schematic and small parts for the Tokarev 1930:
http://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufacturers/Tokarev-33534/AutoPistols-42351/1930-35240.htm
Part #M is the one I'm looking at.

Does anyone have experience with the Norinco T213 and parts?
Suggestions about compatibility or another source for the small part that I need?

All ideas appreciated.

All 1933 Tokarev parts are the same, barring minor tolerance differences.

Why they have that schematic listed as a "1930" is beyond me; It's incorrect. It is a TT33.

The 1930 model had some differences that were done away with on the 1933 model (the trigger is one major difference, the removeable backstrap is another).

Part # "M" is correct for your 213 (mechanically the same as TT33, but, before I spent the 14+ bucks, I would look on eBay first to see if you can get it cheaper.

Excellent! I appreciate your help.

I found one on Gunbroker for $12 + $3, I think I'll go that route.

I'll update with smiley face emoticons if all goes as planned.

Good deal! Besides being more from Numrich, Numrich's shipping is more.

FYI, the same disconnector is used on the Norinco models that have the external safety (which was copied from the Hungarian made Tokagypt).

Someone asked about this a few weeks ago, so I went out and took apart my Chicom bringback and a current Norinco to make sure they were the same.

Most Tokarev parts are the same, but the 213 is the most different.

It has a different hammer group, for no reason that I can see.

Most Tokarev parts are the same, but the 213 is the most different.

The difference between a 9mm 213 and a traditional Tokarev is that the frame contours are different. The internal components of the 213 sear/hammer package are the same, however.

gyvel,
You may be right:eek:

It has been about 10 years, but I remember seeing the ridge structure of a 213 clear the hammer group through a slot only featured in the 213.

Now when I swap parts, the 213 slides are working with other Tokarev hammer groups.

I did not try all the possibilities, maybe 3 or 4.

gyvel,

I still don't remember a thing, but I took these pics and titled them as if I was certain that the 213 Hammer group is different.
