Does anybody know anything about a company named "7.62MM Firearms"? They apparently make/sell forged receiver M1A's, at pretty decent prices. I've never heard of them - maybe this has been discussed before, but I don't recall seeing anything on them. Does anyone have one of their M1A's? How are they?

I do not own any of their products and won't repeat anything that I don't know first hand but from what I gleaned on the above mentioned forum customers had problems.

7.62mm Firearms' domain name registration has died. Domain names are registered for a minimum of 1 year. That tell you anything?

I was mainly looking at a used one on gunbroker. I don't know if it really matters if the company is still in business, if the barreled receivers are good quality. It looked like a fairly inexpensive forged alternative to the cast receivers.
