This being my second build the first being my Car-15 I figured that beings that I could replace the barrel with one lighter and more accurate the Stock to with stand the elements and then picked a theme that I wanted always wanted a Tactical Sniper rifle but was never able to decided what I really wanted in one so I made a mini-me tactical on a 10/22 platform
