hi my boss has a colt 38 officer model 3119xx like new, how can i find out more about this gun...like when and where it was made ...thanks

Like all Colt revolvers, the gun was made in Hartford Connecticut.
The Officer's Model was a target revolver, and was produced in several models by Colt from 1904 to 1969.
