Colt M1917 Question

I have a chance to buy a Colt M1917 caliber .45 revolver in very good + condition. It looks to be original, 95% Blue, US Property mark, eagle head proof mark, and lock up is tight, but the lanyard ring is missing. The price is $450. My question is, 1) is that a fair price, and 2) are lanyard ring available for this revolver?

Swamprat, the asking price would be appropriate for a Colt Army 1917 in about 60% overall condition. Gun Parts Corporation lists the Colt 1917 lanyard swivel as item #350490 @ $19.70 each. Hope this helps!
