colt 1991a in ca....

I know that from the doj page that the fullsize 1991 and the combat commander have past. But does anyone know that since the 1991 has past does that cover all versions of the 1991, like the compact 1991?

I might have stumbled upon one, and I was wondering if this would apply, also if it doesn't qualify does anyone know if colt is going to submit the compact? Might want to get this and just have the ffl sit on it if they are considering submitting it.

Thanks in advance,

It looks like they even require the same pistol with a different finish to be tested as different pistols, so I'd say if you don't find exactly what you want on the CA DOJ page, it's not "approved".

Destructo is correct. Also FYI, the Colt Combat Commander that recently passed in Ca. is not your basic matte 1991 commander, it is the more expensive XS model. I heard Colt submitted a total of 8 models to be tested, but only 6 made the list, so far.
