Colt 1991 disconnect safety

I was looking at the Colt website... it says the 1991 has a disconnect safety. Is that a magazine disconnect safety?? What are they talking about?

Sear disconnect safety. Prevents the gun from firing out of battery.
80 series also has a firing pin safety, which prevents the firing pin from moving unless the trigger is pulled.
