CMP in Indiana

I have read about the CMP programs from their site but I can't find any clubs in Indiana for me to register for the CMP through. The ones that I can find are high school ROTC or want you to join their range for a year and I don't want that. If someone can help me out who knows where in Indiana I can join the CMP through I would greatly appreciate it.
