Choate

I put one of the Choate Ultimate Varmiter stocks on my Savage 110 FLP 300WM,and filled the buttstock & pistol grip areas with lead shot. It is one heavy mother, but sure is nice to shoot all day long with little to no felt recoil now. Even with some of my hot handloads, the gun will jump up off the ground at the bipod but you do not feel the recoil at the buttstock.
I used to shoot 20-30 rds out of this gun and be done in with the factory stock, now I can shoot 100-125 and still feel like shooting more.

The Choate is well built and adjustable in length with the buttstock spacers,I am very happy with it. There are better stocks you can buy for more money, but I'm glad I got this one for this gun.
