My choice would be AA #5 from your list.

I've used PB with good results in 9 and 45. Not many people are familiar with it. There's a bit more data available with #5 though.

Do you have to have powder immediately? Can you hold out for roughly 90 days? (worst case) You're going to see pistol powder come back to the marketplace as the new year begins. You'll be able to buy what you prefer but it's going to take a little time.
Loaders will need to get used to the cycle as this is going to be with us for some time to come.

Pistol powder is going back into production. Within 90 days we should begin to see "flow" again. I exchanged emails with a contact at Ramshot two weeks ago and he advised that they have been in production for the hunting season and are now beginning a shift back to pistol. I purchased and received 2 lbs of Silhouette this week, just the beginning of a trickle.
There have been other posts on the board concerning supply. There will be opportunity to get what you need. It's a question of how much you need to keep your supply at the level you desire versus those hoarding out of fear.

I was able to pick up 8 pounds of TG today at a gun show. Considering I am likely to use that only for jacketed 9mm, and I shoot those only in IDPA and USPSA matches a couple of times a month, this can will probably last me a couple of years. But I am starting to get nervous about running out of powder for my practice lead rounds, which accounts for 90% of my shooting!

Why do you say that? Hodgdon is now listing data in their online app for Titewad (not Tightgroup) for 9mm, .45 ACP, and .38 super.
Previously, Hodgdon marketed it as a shotgun-only powder. But recently, they've been adding pistol data. I'd use it, as you mention you reload 9mm.

TW works great for 3/4, 7/8 and some 1oz 12 gauge loads - what it was designed for
Went to the range today with some loads using PB, Longshot and Titewad. PB and Longshot worked out well. Mid range loads cycled my XD9. Titewad was another story. Kept it under max load according to Hogdon, but none of the 3 loads cycled reliably. Not sure how conservative Hogdon made the loads. Am sure a heavier load would work, but not worth the risk to me. Will keep it until I get a Chronograph and see what velocities I was dealing with.
I load and shoot almost all the standard pistol calibers and use a large variety of powder doing it. Most of the pistol load data in the old Lyman handbooks were based on shotgun powder. I loaded lots of the dedicated pistol powder stuff as well, and still miss the old Winchester 630 ball powder. In the past couple of years, I have gone through better than 16 pounds of AA#5 and it is a great powder for those cartridges that perform best with it for me. There is one caution when using Accurate #5, and that is that case volume is critical with it. Pressures skyrocket with it if you seat the bullet too deeply. Use caution and don't just shoot any of the loads that ended with the bullet being seated half way into the case...

I'm happy with AA5 for loading 9mm. It seems to work best for me with 124 grain FMJ bullets.
