Kramer belt scabbards are good...

I have a Glock 23 that I have carried in the past, and used a Kramer horsehide belt scabbard holster that worked well. This is a "pancake" holster with belt loops on either side of the gun, and it holds the gun at a cant angle of about 15 degrees. Here is a link to the Kramer website page on belt scabbards, and a picture of my G23 in the holster:

When it comes to a CCW holster, I don't think you can say best, more so personal preference. I wanted an adjustable paddle, snug, finger release lock around the trigger and leather. This is the one that I loved the most. I pruchased it from Glockstore.com, in black leather.

Good luck.

Really like mine, secure as can be, never had it come out while running or jumping, nice angle, draws very smoothly.
