The colors I currently use, Traffic Orange, Yellow Green, Carolina Blue I got from Smoke over on the CastBoolit Forum. You can get 1 lb. of any color he has or $18 shipped or split it into 3 one-third lb. bags of three different colors for the same price. I also plan to buy a couple colors from Eastwood that I like as well.
In general, I do all my powder coating outside in my shop as long as the air is dry and humidity is 45% or lower it helps create lots of static electricity. If not I coat in the house place on my trays an bake on the back porch. I generally keep three trays going all the time one baking, one cooling and one I'm setting up the next batch to be baked on.
I use white plastic containers like old cool whip bowls or pint size containers with screw on or snap on lids. I usually fill it about 1/3rd. full with plastic multi-colored necklace beads I get at the local craft store for a few bucks a bag which can be washed off and reused again over and over.
Before adding powder I give the beads a 30 sec. shake in the container to help build up the static charge. I add about 1/2 TSP of powder and about 50 to 75 bullets depending on weight an caliber. and give it a good shake for about 30 sec. and see how they are coated. If they need a bit more coating you can give them another 30 sec. or add just a pinch more powder to much powder is as bad as not enough. After a little practice, you get the hang of it. Then I just pluck them out one at a time with some large tweezers and place them base down on nonstick aluminum foil and pop them in a preheated convection toaster oven for 20 min. at 400 degrees.

Some 38 cal. 155 gr. NOE bullets for my Lyman 358156 HP clone mold. I coated them with Smoke Yellow Green and Carolina Blue. I'm going to use the Y/G for 357 and the Carolina Blue for 38+P.
