the judge didn't even bother to let the jury decide. he just declared that the prosecution didn't have a case and threw it out.

Thanks for the update LHD.

If Schulman's original response to the public as well as his comments during city council meetings right after the incident would have been half as clear as his response in this current interview, I don't think the public response which he took as people 'tar-n-feathering the City of Canton', would have been as it was....

...but alas...HOPEFULLY...there will be many lessons learned out of this very costly fiasco paid for by the tax payers which again, could and should have been prevented if someone would have not turned their heads on Harless's actions prior to this event.
