Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me where and how could I sell a Mauser Werke A.G. Oberndorf A.N. Kal. 7.65mm. I was also wondering how much would I sell it for if it is in great conditions. One last question, I also want to know how much would a Colt Detective Special kal. 38 cost. I really don't have more information of that one at the moment since both guns are at my grandmother's house (she the one intrested in selling them).

My guess on your Mauser would be $100-450 depending on condition and markings.

Your Colt? Much more variable ... $150-1250 or more depending on serial number, condition and accessories (original box, pamphlet ... etc.).

Also, look for local shooter's forums. Here in Oklahoma it's the Oklahoma Shooters Association website. If you find a local forum with classifieds you can post them there and sell them locally face to face with no paperwork required. Also, classified ads in the newspaper or any other local trade/buy/sell forums as well; guns are usually listed under sporting goods if there is not a specific firearms heading.
