SECTION A - SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
The purpose of this modification is to terminate Contract W52H09-08-D-0120 and Delivery Order 0001 to this contract.
This is a no cost mutual termination based Bushmaster's letter dated January 10, 2008 and the SBA size

The termination will be at no cost to either the Government or Bushmaster Firearms. Thus, the Government,

Thus, the contractor hereby waives any and all rights and claims for equitable adjustment attributable to

any and all liability under this contract, including any interest and any claims for delay.
In accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreements included with the original solicitation at Attachments
002 and 003, Bushmaster Firearms is to provide a certificate of destruction that certifies that the
technical data in the CD-ROM or any other format provided by the US Government under Solicitation
W52H09-07-R-0205 have been destroyed along with any copies in any form (CD-ROM, print, etc.) and
will further certify that no copies in any form whatsoever have been retained.
As a result of the termination by mutual agreement, a modification to Delivery Order 0001 will be
issued to decrease the total quantity and dollar value.
