Greetings!
After a rather fruitless day at the Timonium (MD) Gun Show DW and I stopped by Bass Pro shops in Hanover MD to look at gun safes. We chose one, and while she was waiting for the sales person to check on inventory, I wandered over and filled out a credit card app (for 10% off first purchase).
Then I drifted back by the pistol counter and looked at the BuckMarks. I thought I'd lock onto the BuckMark Plus in Stainless (it looks totally cool with slabside barrel), but then I spied the Hunter sitting all by its lonesome with that l-o-n-g blue barrel, Tru-glo sights, and cocabola grips.
Hmmm, mused I. It was a little shop worn (one scratch on the barrel, a little discoloration on the other side) so I asked the sales guy to check about what he could do on the price; $296 comes back the answer (all the while I'm tallying up that additional 10% discount for using their credit card).
What was I to do when DW said "Happy Valentine's Day"?
