Brit. .303 at .80/rd.. 7.62x39 at .32/rd.

For those caught unprepared, at least some of the anxiety has cooled off. I check 'Gunbot' and 'Ammoseek' just to observe trends.
Surplus 7.62x54R never went above approx. .25/rd. at Ammoman, "shipped".

This price for .303 'Brit'. is Now very close to the .75/rd. which was the standard minimum price for about two years, before the panic hit so many people.

Maybe the vote in the US Senate has actually managed to catch the attention of millions of law-abiding gun owners?

Lets hope the slope is quick to return us back to normal. The gun prices are getting there pretty fast, but the ammo pricing is still trending high for the high volume stuff.

every time there is a scare the prices jump up then back down but never were they were before the panic hit, companies get used to larger profits and they don't want to let it go so easily. 80 cents a round will probably be the new standard for 303 brit and I will be very surprised if 7.62x39 jumps back below 25 cents a round.
