Brake for sass

I am building an AR for my 600 yard range at my club. I just got my hand on a 20" YHM fluted and threaded bull barrel. I want to put a brake on it. I like brakes like the tromix shark brake, but think aggressive brakes may be better suited for CQG. Would an aggressive brake be out of place on a 20" barrel meant for bench rest? What brakes would fit in better?

This might help:

IMHO, I'd put a brake on a gun I'd be firing fast (i.e., 3-gun) and a target crown on a slow fired bench gun.

Another consideration is that most (all?) effective brakes/compensators will punish shooters next to you. The blast can be pretty serious, depending on the brake, caliber, and barrel length.
