Bob & jerry at it again

Last night on impossible shots, both Jerry and Bob shot at 200 yards a ballon on a steel plate. Bob with a J-Frame model 60 snub nose and Jerry with a J-Frame model 642 and held the 642 upside down using his pinkie.

Easy to do with soft lead bullets and a steel backstop.

They didn't hit the balloon. They hit the steel and hope the lead splatter pops the balloon.

200 yard pistol shot with a snub .38 is certainly a commendable shot even on a large steel plate, though.

Just not quite what it "seems" to be.

I believe they said Jerry M had to hold 20 feet over the target. How would you judge that at 200 yds with open sights and a Smith 642? I have trouble with a 22 rifle at that range.

That is made clear before the shoot, no deception here.
Thanks to the DVR i just watched the shoot again. Yes, second time around they did hit the plates and splatter did pop the ballons. No where did either Jerry, Bob, or the host state the above quote
