DrJones Sarcasm aside, look at what is happening in Wichita, KS. The clearest hate crime case I ahve ever seen. Yet they won't persue it as such because of the race of the victims.

Sad really, but that is the case. That is why W tried to thwart HC legislation here in TX.

And the notion that the murder of an individual deserves more or less of a penalty simply because of the race of the people involved is absolutely sickening.

Again, I think labeling it a "hate crime" is stupid. And the only reason it hasn't been labeled as such is because the perps are black, and black people don't hate. It just isn't PC.
