Black Hills Brass

Anyone know who makes their brass? Can you buy Black Hills brass unloaded? My .243Win reloads love once fired BH brass and I was hoping they are just Win with a different stamp.

Winchester makes a lot of brass for other companies, as does Lake City arsenal (one of the ATK companies along with Federal) Starline might make their own brass, I am not sure, but I have seen Starline brass used in some brands of factory ammo. It would seem likely that BH gets their brass from one of these sources, though there are others. Why not ask BH?
