Couldn't resist buying a custom Springfield 1903 by this smith. The seller noted he made a number of rifles for 1,000 yard shoots at Williamsport, PA. He had a shop in Carlisle. Bill Moyer passed several years ago, but the Williamsport club is still up and running. That's all I could find online. Anyone know of this gunsmith and his work? It sure is a pretty rifle.
