Best thermal underwear?

I seem to always end up spending more time outside in the dead middle of winter than the rest of the year combined. Im always putting on layer after layer of clothing, which works, but Ive never owned a pair of good thermals.

What are the absolute best thermals around? Im looking for something rather tight fitting for a first layer, and as warm as possible.

I see underarmor cold gear locally, but there has to be something even better I can buy online.

This is what I wear when it is -20 or colder.
Layer one----Terramar Thermasilk long underwear. It weighs almost nothing.
Layer two----Polartec 300 pants. They are very light.
Layer three--Bibs made with primaloft or goosedown insulation.
This combo weighs very little and keeps me very warm.
