FWIW....I'm fairly dissappointed with my XD9Tactical 5". The trigger is pretty good, but groups are not. I group my G17 really well, and the G34 I shot was no better in accuracy than my G17.
Don't know about the Sig.

My Springfield Long Slide is one of my favorite guns to shoot. Very accurate, and operates without a hitch. Handles my 200 gr. lead reloads with no problems, either RN or SWC This is the loaded model I dd have the trigger worked on as it came with about a 7 lb set........................ck

:)I'm quite impressed with the G34 (9mm) I picked up recently.

Carries very well (Sparks Ex Companion or Crossbreed Supertuck), lightweight and more accurate than I'll ever be.

I like the 5" Springfield XD, but for me, it's the SIG X-5. It fits my hand beautifully and just plain appeals to me. Although if HK gave the P30L a nice, smooth, light trigger, I'd go with it.

Point is, you must get what works for you. All the ones you listed are very good pistols. It all comes down to what fits your hand and just plain works for you.
