Beretta Model 70 - Price check

Saw two LNIB .22 LR samples (they were display models almost) at the gun show in Jax, FL today. What would be a fair price for this model? Btw, they were priced at $420 and $475, respectively.

Regards and Semper Fi!

Seems to me that they are a bit high in their price. I think I saw a posting with model 70 or 71's in the 95-98% range going for around 250-300.00. BUT, they can ask anything they want, and with them being LNIB (98%+ ?) they maybe able to get near that. Perhaps they were priced so there would be some wiggle room on the final sale. That kind of stuff is like a baseball card, the book may have it listed as a 20.00 card, but you'll only get what someone is willing to pay. Perhaps they aren't in a big hurry to sell them, but are waiting for that one person that "just has to have that gun". I know they are great little guns I have a .22 Jaguar myself (was my dads) that I'll never sell..
Be safe.
