So I love my 1301. Best shotgun I think. But now Beretta is selling a 7 round tube 1301 that is 992r compliant. It comes with a Mesa stock.
If you are the original buyer, buying a gun that is made complaint at the factory, you purchase it compliant...can you then drop it below the US made parts after the fact?
I love the Beretta stock on my 1301. Could I buy the compliant version, take off the US made Mesa stock, put the Beretta non US made stock on the gun, and still stay compliant? Or does the configuration have to remain the total parts regardless of how it was created?
