Wanted to tighten up my Super Blackhawk and ordered a knurled locking cylinder pin from Belt Mountain Enterprises.

http://www.beltmountain.com

Well, this was in early December. After 10 days an no receipt, I sent an email. This is where the great customer service begins. I received an email response, followed by a phone call from Kelye at Belt Mountain. Still no pin. Kelye offered to send another at no cost...I told him to wait a couple of days before shipping. Sure enough, it came in the mail (must have been pushed aside for the Christmas rush).

I installed the pin and was happy. Forgot to tell Kelye it arrived - he called and left another phone message and finally called a fourth time just before I was going to confirm my receipt. ALL THIS FOR A $21.95 ITEM !!

Kelye and Belt Mountain have a customer for life.....

I don't even fire a singe action Ruger without installing a Belt Mountain base pin. I get mine from Brownell's at a little bit of a discount.
