Barska Electro red dot - mistake?

I just purchased Beretta 22 pistol, and wanted a red dot scope in the $50 price range. Manager said he'd sell the subject scope, normally priced at $70 for me for $50 since I just purchased the handgun. Got back to my puter and read the reviews, most say it is junk. Since I don't even pick it up for 2 days, should I back out of this scope? Your experiences with it?

Barska is pretty much an inferior product,,,

I bought one a few years back,,,
It worked for a month then died.

Everyone I know who had one said the same thing,,,
They break down fairly quickly.

Done. Cancelled Barska, store had already mounted it, but will take it off. Ordered up the SightMark, because I trust Aarond. And the others. Thanks again. I'll check back in after I've been to the range.
