AR-15 lower selector rotation question.

If a commercially available AR-15 lower, marked "Multi" is manufactured so the rotational travel stops for the selector are postioned to allow 180 deg of travel,is that a problem for a non FFA,legal semi-auto build?

Some lowers have the selector "stop" lugs postioned for 90 deg rotation, which would be "Safe" and "Semi"

Some are made so the stop lugs are positioned to allow 180 deg of travel,or (theoretically) Safe, semi, and auto.I understand there are internal machining details between a full and semi receiver,

I just want to be sure I am 100% squeaky clean legal if I make a semi-auto only build on a commercial Aero brand lower with lugs in the 180 deg configuration.

You could engrave MACHINE GUN on a Ruger LCP.....it doesn't make it a machine gun.;)

And neither does a lower with Safe/Semi/Full markings.
