ar 15 build

i live in cleveland ohio.
i am interested in building my own ar 15.
i need to know what pieces require a federal background check. i have no luck with federal background checks , they always make me wait three days
[ i fill it out correctly with my social , been living at the same address for two years ,]

i want to get the parts that require a background check first but i dont know which they are?

The stripped lower receiver is the only component that requires FFL paperwork.
