Another C&R question

I received my C&R about 5-6 weeks ago. As I remember (and sometimes I don't remember so good), there was a cover letter that said that I would be receiving another mailing with all the rules and regulations regarding the C&R. Still have not gotten anything. Are they supposed to mail out more stuff? How long does it usually take? Thanks in advance.

After waiting about a month after I received my license, I finally e-mailed them. I got the package within a week after that.

How long did it take for you to receiver your C&R? I sent my application in 9 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Thanks.
