Amazon.com speaks with forked tonge!

Earlier we were assured that Amazon.com did not take a position on firearms.... They just set up an auction site simular to e-bay... here is the response I got when I inquired about listing one...

Yes, there are certain items that will not be permitted on our site
because of federal and state regulations. They are:

* Pornography (including MPA rated X, home porn, and hard core material)
* Offensive material (including hate literature)
* Firearms and ammunition (including weapons with gunpowder)
* Living creatures
* Homemade alcoholic beverages
* Copyright-protected items
* Stolen goods
* Any item whose sale is prohibited by any applicable law

If you are unsure about whether you should list an item, err on the
side of caution and contact us before you list it.

Ask them to cite those State & Federal regulations!
