Aimpoint Comp C3 vs. ML3

Besides the fact that the C3 is submersible to 15 ft vs. 115ft for the ML3, what are the differences between these two sights?

The ML3 comes in a 2MOA or 4MOA dot. The C3 only comes in a 2MOA dot.
ML3 has rubber protective cover, C3 does not.
ML3 has lens covers included, C3 does not.

I think there may also be a minor difference in the lens coatings for each one; but that is just rumor, I haven't seen any actual evidence/documentation of it.
