I saw this clip a few years ago. I keep a cut down laminated (home job with packing tape) index card in my wallet with my CCW permit. On one side is my lawyer's number and the other are the 5 things Massad recommends saying in the video. If I ever need to use my gun for SD under the stress of the moment it will help to have something to remind me of what to say and keep me from rambling and saying things I shouldn't.
