Adjustment for Stock screws for Remington 700

How many inch pounds per foward and rear stock screws would it take to provide the best accuracy for a Remington 700 PSS in .308?

IIRC the stock 700 torque measurement is 65 inch pounds. That's what it is on my 300 WM.
