Adding adjustable sites to fixed site gun.

Just curious guys, can most guns be fitted with aftermarket adjustable sites? I really rely on the acurracy of my guns for the type of shooting that I do. I currently have a P99 and a desert eagle 9mm. Do they make adjustable sites for the DE, what about an XD-9 as a friend just bought one and it is extremely inaccurate, luckily they are taking it back at the store but I'm still curious as I would like all of my guns to be extremely accurate, even at 50 yards like my p99. Who manufactures them etc....Thanks in advance.

go to xd accessories and you'll find some. Dawson Precision manufactures them and they seem to get pretty high reviews. Good luck..
