accuracy and the sig p220 ?

My SIG P220 is the most accurate of all my autoloaders (pity I don't own a P210 anymore, though). It'll do sub-2" groups off the bags all day with abhorrent gunshow-bullet-in-a-bag reloads. It is simply unerringly accurate and reliable. The most accurate gun I own is a girl-next-door S&W 686 6" which is apparently telepathic; it puts the bullets exactly where I want them, every time, all the time.

Hello. I've had mine several years now, but have never grouped it from a rest, I'm sorry to say. The test target has a wallowed out hole a bit larger than an inch though.

Best.

i have 2 sig's in 357 sig both are tack drivers one is a p229 the other is a p229 sport.i got a springfield mil spec 45acp do i sell it at a loss put some boot with then get a p220st or spend another 5 or 6 hundred to get the 45 to shoot.would rather have a 9x23 or a 38 super but would like to have it in a single action auto.for under a grand that will still shoot 2 inches at 25 yards from the bags.

My partner's 220 runs just under an inch at 25 yds for seven shot groups.

Not bad for a carry autoloader.:D
