21 states have filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court, asking for clarification as to whether or not the Second Amendment protects a right to carry a firearm outside the home as well as within the home.

I haven't read the brief yet, but I hope to. I will be interested to see how the state AGs argue what we generally believe to be the case,

I read that, sounds great, and watching closely. I am cautiously optimistic....

It would be nice if they could also argue the Full Faith and Credit Clause with regards to these state's citizens not being able to enjoy the right to carry in other states.
