Excellent ! One more example apparently of a company thinking it's easy , just put a different barrel on a 9mmm and you have a 40 ! Of all the problems people have with various 40s I think my ever reliable P7 M10 is a bargin .
I think the XD is a fine pistol, particularly the 9mm versions. My son has a 9mm that runs flawlessly. We also have two XD-40's, neither of which has ever choked with a factory load. I like them better than Glocks for a couple of reasons, and they point way better for me to boot.
They are also quite accurate with ammo they like- and they like about everything. Remington UMC 180 JHP sure shoots well in both our .40's, and offers good performance to boot- for about $19.00 per hundred.
